.jpg) I use much of the same products on motorcycles that I use on vehicles, I know that sounds scary, but Ive got over a 100 motorcycles detailed in the last year and never one complaint! I start with the front wheel. I use the same tire cleaner I use on vehicles, only diluted 50/50 with water, sprayed on the tires and scrubbed with soap (auto soap only) and the tire come out great. Next with a paint brush and standard cleaner also diluted 50/50 with water, I spray and stab into every crevice, gap, seam, space, etc. from one end to the other. I rinse and than wash with auto soap and a microfiber sponge. Rinse again and clay bar the fenders and takes and any chrome facing forward. Here at Dynamic Auto Details we take motorcycle detailing very seriously. My approach to motorcycle detailing has been tested and proven effective time and time again. Some of you may remember me from Love Leathers Outpost when it was in Ridgefield on 179th St. I spent the summer of 2010 detailing motorcycle after motorcycle, mostly Harley Davidsons, some Victory's, Suzukis, Hondas, Yamahas, and a BMW or two. Prior to Love Leathers Outpost I had not detailed a motorcycle, ever, not in my twenty tears as a detailer had an opportunity come along to detail a bike. But it really doesn't take a motorcycle lover to detail a motorcycle, what it takes is someone that understands the needs of different surfaces, is able to listen and foloow direction, and someone who cares enough to understand just how much each bike means to its rider.  I then polish fenders and tank by hand using one of the three different grades of polish I work with. I like to use the "klassic" compound because it works well with almost all road bikes. I follow that with a coat of carnuaba paste wax, a coat of U.V.protectant on all the rubber, plastic, and leather, and very thin coat of 3M chrome polish for all the chrome and I'm done. Average time is 90 minutes, very little product is used, and every customer I've had in the last year has been very pleased.
