Heavy scratch removal applies to scratches that have gone into or beneath the painted surface. Any scratches in the clear coat are included in our Complete Dynamic Detail, but can be done by themselves as well.
For heavy scratches that require repainting, the damage must be examined before a determination of whether repairable or if it requires painting.
